16th Academic Council Meeting of Daffodil International University was held today on May 15, 2017 at the Banquet Hall of the University. Professor Dr. M. Yousuf M. Islam, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University presided over the meeting and uphold the overall activities of the university. Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman Board of Trustees, and Mr. Hamidul Haque Khan,Treasure, Prof. Dr. M. Golam Maowla Choudhury, Controller of Examinations, Ms. Tanzina Hossain, Academic Director (InCharge of Uttara Campus and Professor Dr. MSA Mansur Ahmed, Department of MPH of Daffodil International University joined the meeting on special invitation of the Vice Chancellor. Deans of respective faculties presented their reports and Professor Dr. Engr. A K M Fazlul Hoque, Registrar submitted relevant documents in the meeting.
Professor Dr. S. M. Mahbub- Ul-Haque Majumder, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Acting) of the university, Members of the Academic Council of Daffodil International University Engr. Md. Kabir Ahmed Bhuyan, President IEB, Mr. Showkat Hossain FCA, Past President ICAB, Brig. General (Rtd.) M. Mofizur Rahman, Executive Director & Advisor, International Business Forum of Bangladesh, Mr. Mohamed Emran Hossain, Director (Admin), all Deans, Senior Professors, Institute Chiefs and all Head of the Departments were present in the Academic Council Meeting.
Professor Dr. Yousuf M Islam presented a brief on the overall academic activities of the university and deans of faculties, Registrar and other senior officers represented relevant information and proposals in the meeting.
The members of Academic Council praised the continuous development and success of Daffodil International University and expressed to extend their cooperation to uphold this progress in coming days.
