He also said, Information and Communication Technology has brought a radical change in the society. ICT shows the dream of paperless office. ICT has connected us with through out the world and opened the door of the source of knowledge of the world.
He also said , we will have to keep peace with the tremendous speed of ICT and for that present government has taken lot of initiatives from the very beginning. If we can transform our large population into skilled manpower through ICT, it will bring good prosperity for the country.

Early in the morning Mr. Asif Ibrahim, President, Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) inaugurated the Computer Programming Contest-2011 as the chief guest.
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology became champion in “Daffodil Pre-ACM Computer Programming Contest 2011". Shahajalal University of Science and Technology became First Runner Up and Bangladesh University of Business and Technology became Second Runner Up.
Judges Panel are seen to busy with judging activities
A total of 64 teams from 37 Public and Private Universities participated in the “Daffodil Pre-ACM Computer Programming Contest 2011". It may be mentioned Daffodil International University is hoping to be host of Dhaka Regional ACM Computer Programming Contest in 2012 and this contest will be a rehearsal for them.
