The first year celebration of 38th batch was held on 24thJanuary, 2017 in room 308 of ETE dept. The ceremony was presided by Prof. Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque, head, ETE dept. Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Mowla Chowdhury, and other teachers were also present. The president and secretary of DIU ETEC were also present. Prof. Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque addressed among the students and advised them to be punctual and attentive in the classes. Prof. Dr. Golam Mowla Chowdhury in his short speech advised the student to be more ethical and moral in near future.
The celebration opened with the cutting the cake and lunch was distributed among the students .The celebration was by cultural show including songs and dance by the student. The ceremony ended with thank from head of the department and Prof. Dr. Golam Mowla Chowdhury for inviting them to attend the ceremony.
