Multimedia and Creative Technology Department of this university has hosted the book launching ceremony of its Associate Professor Arif Ahmed’s book “Physics for Animation” in association with AAVA 3D in 25th January, 2017. “Physics for Animation” is the first ever book in the history of 3d animation sector in Bangladesh which has come up with showing the strong relationship in between theoretical physics and computer animation. Honorable Vice Chancellor of DIU, Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam inaugurated the ceremony as the chief guest. Dr. S. M Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro-Vice Chancellor of DIU was also present in this occasion as the special guest. Amongst other distinguished guests- Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain Director of International Affairs & IQAC, Dr. Touhid Bhuiyan Head of The Department of Software Engineering (SWE), Prof. Dr. Md Kabirul Islam Head of The Department of Multimedia & Creative Technology (MCT).
