Professor Dr. M. R. Kabir, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University. and Mr. Md. Rubaiyat Sarwar are exchanging the MoU documents on fostering collaboration in research, Innovision, capacity development, and knowledge exchange between them at the board room of the university at Birulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Daffodil International University (DIU) and Innovision Consulting Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering collaboration in research, Innovision, capacity development, and knowledge exchange. The signing ceremony was held today, 15 December 2025, at the Daffodil Smart City campus, marking the beginning of a new chapter of sustainable cooperation between academia and industry.
Under the terms of the MoU, both institutions will work jointly on collaborative research initiatives, policy-oriented studies, capacity development projects, seminars and workshops, as well as the expansion of internship and hands-on training opportunities for students. This partnership integrates DIU’s academic and research expertise with Innovision’s practical industry experience to create meaningful impact at both national and international levels.
The MoU was signed on behalf of Innovision Consulting Private Limited by its Managing Director, Mr. Md. Rubaiyat Sarwar, and on behalf of Daffodil International University by Professor Dr. M. R. Kabir, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Md. Rubaiyat Sarwar, Managing Director of Innovision Consulting Private Limited, stated that academic partnerships play a vital role in global development, policy analysis, and capacity building. He expressed that this collaboration with Daffodil International University will contribute significantly to producing evidence-based research and sustainable solutions.
Professor Dr. M. R. Kabir, Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University, remarked that the university’s goal is to connect students with real-world experience through strong industry–academia collaboration. He added that this MoU will further enhance DIU’s research and Innovision initiatives, making them more globally relevant and impactful.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, both institutions will jointly implement initiatives that generate long-term value for students, researchers, policymakers, and the industry sector. The partnership between DIU and Innovision is expected to make a significant contribution to knowledge-based development and human capital formation in Bangladesh.
