Students of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering of Daffodil International University visiting production plant of Milk Vita  during their tour.

 

Besides academic learning, to gain practical knowledge & experience on milk processing, students of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering, Daffodil International University made an industrial tour at Milk Vita to visit the milk and milk products processing plants of the Industry located at Baghabari, Shirajganj on 9th August, 2017 under the supervision of Ms. Najia Kamrul, Lecturer, Dr. Amir Ahmed, Adjunct Faculty, Mr. Shafi Ahmed, Senior Lecturer, Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering. 


The goal of the trip was to enlighten the students with the knowledge of modern milk processing technology, which will help the students to develop self confidence in their future Endeavour. The team consisted of 35 students along with Ms. Najia Kamrul, Lecturer, Mr. Shafi Ahmed, Senior Lecturer, Dr. Amir Ahmed, Adjunct Faculty, Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering.

The authority of Milk Vita was very much glad to entertain the team with lunch and variety of their special food items. In addition to that, the authority of the Industry arranged a discussion session between students and higher management of the Industry. They also discussed about the jobs and internship opportunities for the students in future. They wish to work together for the furtherance of the students in the upcoming days.
